The owners of this lovely apartment in Mevaseret Zion were torn between the decision to sell their apartment and buy a new one, or go through a massive renovation. They chose the latter.
The layout of the apartment was re-planned according to the family's needs and request to cancel a room situated in the middle of their long balcony. The balcony became their garden, a place to lay back and relax. The kitchen was replaced, so was the floor, bathrooms, furniture and everything else.. The Einis are now living in their cozy warm apartment, hopefully for many years to come.
